Park House Office Block – Building Perfomance Optimisation
Upgrade works of offices incldoing detailed M&E designs to ensure improved building perfomance and reduced running costs.
Lawler Sustainability were appointed as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants by Park House Partnership for the re-development / upgrade works at Park House, North Circular Road, Dublin.
Park House is a Six Storey office block over a ground floor and basement (8 no. floors in total). Lawler Sustainability completed initial survey works on the premises followed by detailed design. Part of the detailed design included Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis of the open plan offices to verify that occupant comfort levels could still be maintained during extreme weather conditions.
