EXEED is a programme by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland which provides a framework to help design, construct and commission processes for new builds and upgrades to existing assets following the new best practices in energy efficient design management. Available to all sizes of business and project, the EXEED grant is designed to reduce both CAPEX and OPEX though reduced energy usage. With a focus on long-term planning and implementation, EXEED certification also provides extra assurance to investors by significantly lowering the risks associated with long-terms energy costs.

EXEED serves to improve energy efficiency, allowing projects to save on average 50% in energy costs per year.
WHAT ABOUT THE COST?
As part of the certification, grant funding is now available up to the value of €1,000,000 per year, per project.
